I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Central Florida and am an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) in the State of Florida. I also earned a Master of Science with a concentration in Psychiatric–Mental Health (PMHNP) from Liberty University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from American University. My commitment is in advancing high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborating across disciplines to optimize outcomes. My clinical interests include evidence-based weight management and the promotion of healthy lifestyles—supporting whole-person wellness of body, mind, and spirit through sustainable habit formation.
